Guidance has slowed for SECURE 2.0 changes and almost all of the provisions are now effective. We'll discuss practical solutions for issues with limited or no guidance. We will also review agency guidance along with interesting court decisions.

We are overdue for an IRS release of the Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System! Hopefully we will get it prior to our November meeting. We can then discuss the changes for the last version, including the expansion of the self-correction program (SCP) after SECURE 2.0.
